Pam Oltman is a psychotherapist who works in a private practice setting that specializes in the trauma-related disorders in Lincoln Nebraska. Prior to this, she worked in both inpatient and outpatient programs within a dual-diagnosis treatment center. She received her Master's of Science degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and is dually credentialed as both a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Her approach is eclectic and holistic as she weaves a focus on strengths and concepts of Positive Psychology with existential, psycho-dynamic, constructivist, cognitive-behavioral, systems and other approaches to meet the unique needs and personality of each client. She believes the key to motivating individuals toward personal growth and healing begins with non-judgmental interactions that allow individuals to discover and/or restore honesty, emotional safety, hope, authenticity, and hope in the power of the human spirit.
