Feeling stressed? If the bio q square reads tense or stressed? Try these proven stress reduction techniques:

1) Take a full, deep breath. Count to five, then exhaling slowly, let go of the muscles in your face, extremities and body;

2) Smile with your mouth, eyes, and heart. Recall a heartwarming, strong, happy, positive or peak experience;

3) Think- my arms and legs are heavy, relaxed and warm;

4) Think of the warm sun; enjoying a roaring fireplace; your hands in laundry fresh from a dryer. Watch your relaxation level rise as the card's normal and then calm levels light up in brown, then green, then blue.

Undesirable habits are often set off by stress. When an urge comes on, use this card and the techniques to turn the calm bar on.
