I'm a Mom to two amazing adults, a graduate of Northeastern University's Bouve College of Pharmacy, Boston, MA and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York, NY. I am extensively trained in health improvement counseling, eastern and western nutrition, and using food and lifestyle modification to heal the body. My gift and expertise of understanding medications is a unique benefit for clients, patients, and holistic peers.

I currently work as a Holistic Health & Nutrition Counselor in Northborough, MA and as a Pharmacist at a local pharmacy. To create the healthy balance in my own life, I makes time for friends and family, meditation, healthy cooking (and eating!), being outdoors exercising, along with two new adventures of pottery and drumming.

As a pharmacist and health counselor I brings over 10 years of community health experience to my practice. My passion for balancing the best of medical and natural health solutions provides a one-of-a-kind, practical approach to healing health challenges, preventing disease, and feeling good at any age.
