Hearing Voices

By Lewis Mehl-Madrona

These articles are about voices and voice hearers and our work with them and as them.  Many people hear voices that are very helpful.  Those that are problematic are mean and persecutory, belittling voices.  Those are the voices whose intensity we need to reduce.  Voices can guide us or torture us.  This series of articles addresses all these concerns.
