Toughness-
have to be ready to die.
There really are hidden secrets that
make people's lives better.
Most people don't mature fully until
they have a child and watch both their parents die.
You have
to die again and again. The old you does not make it to the new,
changed person you become. Moses does not make it to the promised land.
We're
here in the world to give ourselves away.
"Failure is an
absolutely essential part of life. No child who has never fallen down
has learned to walk."
Failure is a part of the cycle. Our ego
does not want us to change.
You have to realize before you put
out on a new path that you are going to fail. You should put into place
the resources you will need to get you through the dark night of the
soul
Resources:
Faith in yourself
Faith in your
companions-- your teachers, allies, employees, husband, wife kids,
Champions need coaches.
Faith in a higher power. an ordering power
to the universe, something higher than, bigger than yourself. Whether
there is such a power is irrelevant--
Find the energy, power,
aliveness to overcome the ego that creates fear of change.
As
soon as there were technologies like telegraph, telephone, radio,
internet-- ways to get to many people at the same time-- that is very
different from a top down structure where you have leaders communicating
through intermediary levels...
We are experiencing the last gasp
of the patriarchal power structure. Their ego thinks that they are the
world.
bottom up, more feminine, more yin energy--

You have the right to
happiness, health, love, the right to live your days with integrity.
