The Optimizing Performance and Health Suite was designed for professionals who want to work with athletes, executives or performers in the arts. In this suite, Dr. Sue Willson introduces some of the key techniques being used to optimize performance and health using the world's leading "Infiniti" biofeedback system. These techniques are necessary for achieving optimim personal performance, both the individuals and for those who counsel or coach individuals.
Sue is a retired professor of York University, where she taught sport psychology, coaching, and self-regulation courses. Her experience includes Biofeedback and Neurofeedback in a medical center, counseling center, businesses, and in schools. For years she ran a program with her graduate students who assessed and trained executives in large organizations including pharmaceutical , paper products, electronics, accounting and the financial industry. Dr. Wilson has served on the Board of Directors for both sports organizations and biofeedback organizations. Sue has worked with a variety of sports and varying levels of experience of athletes. She has worked with the novice athletes to Olympic and world champions.
