Summary

TCM excels in treatment! Acupuncture restores the natural flow of Qi and Blood. Chinese herbs can do the same. Wouldn't it be nice to have no symptoms? To have your menstrual cycle come and go without any problem? Western treatment only masks your symptoms resulting in long-term drug use. These medications are often harsh on the liver and kidneys.

Consider TCM to alleviate yours symptoms and to regulate the premenstrual tension in your body. It works, and it is very relaxing. Avoid those harsh meds if you can! Integrating Western and Eastern medicine bridges a huge gap in improving today's health care.

Kathie has been practicing for over 15 years, and is the author of "Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine for Women's Health: Bridging the Gap between Western and Eastern Medicine." Irvine, CA
