Vidya studied Psychology at the Free University, West Berlin, followed by training in facilitating group work in various modalities of humanistic psychology. With a life long focus on meditation and health, she came to Costa Rica to develop and manage a new yoga retreat centre, introducing those themes to the in-house program.

Currently she is involved in developing a small community in Costa Rica based on these themes, with the eventual goal of building a facility attached to the community to offer yoga, meditation, healthy aging seminars (diet, exercise, supplements) and bodywork treatments.

She offers neurofeedback braintraining sessions in Costa Rica and eventually incorporate will these as a key part of the facility.
